Appetizers
Pear Salad / 7.19
This mixed green salad accents tender bosc pears with goat cheese, spicy walnuts and a light plum viaigrette
Ginger Orange Chicken Skewers / 12.12
It's orange. It's chicken. It's finger lickin' citrus and poultry on a molten metal skewer. Use a delicious chilled peanut sauce to put out the flames, or just let it burn...
Sesame Ahi Tuna Tartar / 12.01
Fresh from the ocean and laid on a bed of Haas avocados and cucumber serrano, this is the finest ahi served since the dawn of time
Entrées
Panko Crusted Bluefin Tuna / 13.13
Give that panko a spanko with the best bluefin tuna left in the seven seas. Served with seasonal sautéed vegetables, wasabi mashed potatoes and just a hint of delicious guilt
Butternut Squash and Mascarpone Ravioli / 19.41
Served with seared Qualicum bay scallops, truffle and lemon butter and shaved black truffles
Double Smoked Bacon Wrapped Turducken / 47.01
Do a few thousand pushups and sit down for the most coronary inducing, artery clogging, frylicious and buttery delicious meat fandango since steak learned to tango. Served with wild mushroom puree
Desserts
Macarons and Chocolate Ganache / 17.76
Pistachio, Strawberry and Coffee Macarons are served with a soft, sweet chocolate ganache. If French cookies are good, then how can French cookies dipped in Italian chocolate be bad?
Valrhona Chocolate Tiramisu Tart / 14.92
Long curling flakes of the finest semi-sweet chocolate cover sweet tiramisu like a freshly fallen snow d'cocoa
Barbaropita à la Mode / 10.78
If you're going to search the islands of ancient Greece for the finest honey and orange infused breads, you may as well serve them sliced thin and warm with a selection of imported gelatos
Corkage Fees
If you share a fine wine (with us), there is no corkage fee.
If you don't, or the wine is terrible, it's $99 per 650ml bottle.
Limit seventeen per person per meal.
