Sbicca's Wine Program

Half Priced Wines Tuesdays and Thursdays
No Corkage Sundays and Mondays

When choosing wines for our list, I use many criteria. With the amount of repeat business we do, I need to keep the list fresh. I try to combine unique allocated wines with well known names that have consistent availability.

I also try to assemble a good variety of prices. This allows the party that is "grabbing a bite to eat" to peacefully coexist with the group that just won a major stakes race at the track.  I choose almost exclusively California wines, but I do bring in wines from both Oregon and Washington. I do this because we are featuring the cuisine and the dining experience of an American bistro.

I have recently added an imports list both for variety and value.  In these tougher economic times, I believe we are all looking for great value-great quality at an honest price.  I am searching both Italy and Spain for what I believe is the answer!

I want you to try different wines. I offer a wide variety of both glass wines and half bottles. We also have a "half-price wine night." On Tuesday evenings, most bottles of wine are half-price. This allows you to try a wine you may not normally consider ordering.

I invest time and money in building an award-winning list that will accommodate most tastes. I understand, and can appreciate, when you want to bring in a bottle that may be special to you or is one from your own cellar. With this in mind, our charge is $12 per 750ml with a limit of 2 bottles per party.
